Dear Sir or Madam:

On July 1 our annual termite inspection was performed by Dennis Clayton. After Dennis had completed a thorough inspection under and around the house and garage, he advised us that there was some standing, stagnant water in the crawl space. Invited into the house to receive our inspection payment check, he took us to the bathroom area he estimated was over the wet area.

Thanks to Dennis's observation and concern for our property, we have been able to have the area inspected and repaired by Bruce Cox, a very capable local plumber who has done work for us several times. The culprit was a broken washer in the bathtub drain under the house.

Dennis's conscientious work and report to us probably saved us more serious repairs down the road. Please convey our thanks to him and accept our thanks to your firm for having capable and conscientious employees.

Letter dated: August 7, 2007

Recently, we discovered a termite problem in our bus driver's room at the transportaion garage. Your company was notified and an employee was sent to take care of our problem. The wall where the termite damage was located had a mural depicting a school bus painted on it. Yesterday, after the termite damage was corrected and the job completed, I inspected the rpairs.

I understand Kevin White was the repairman who did this work. He did an excellent job and left the area clean and neat. The mural was restored to its original condition without even a trace of disturbance. I just want to commend Mr. White on his work. I hope we never have to use your repair services again, but in case we do, Mr. White woudl be our choice for a repairman.

Again, please convey to Mr. White our thanks for a job well done.

February 6, 2006 "I am writing to express our appreciation for your prompt attention to resolving the termite damage to our home earlier this year. There has been a Termite Protection Contract with your company in effect continuously since the house was built in 1973. We assumed the contract ten years ago when we purchased the home. Your inspections have alwasy been regular and thorough but this year, we discovered damage to the front entry way and dining room wall from what turned out to be a difficult to detect entry source. Correcting the damage was especially difficult because it involved replacing custom installed elements. The employees who did the work, Dennis and Chuck, could not have been better to work with. They were very courteous and understanding, willing to listen to us and explain everything. This could have been a very traumatic experience for my wife and I, but the reassurance of working with Dennis and Chuck alleviated our concerns. When we bought our home, our realtor, Danny Porter, told us whatever we do, keep the termite contract in effect. We are happy we listened to his good advice. This letter is jut to acknowledge the outstanding service that I received from one of your employees, Stan Chism, when he treated my newly built cabin near the Buffalo River at 145 Highway 268 East.

Not only did he do an outstanding job with cleaning wood debris out from under my cabin but I could tell how thorough he was with drilling in the foundation of my 3 story garage and digging the little trench around my structures. He dug the trench's with the least amount of disturbance to my newly sodded lawn for which I was grateful.

In addition to his workmanship and thoroughness, he was professional and very pleasant to be around. I'm sure this was made a little more difficult as I had several questions about termites and my structures.

I have been in sales and sales management for over 30 years and I have learned to appreciate excellence when I see it. You have an excellent employee in Stan Chism and I just wanted to, in my small way, communicate that.
